Kiteboarding or kitesurfing is evolving into the hottest adventure water sport today. Kites can tow wakeboards, kayaks, skates and carts. Sailors are experimenting with hydrofoil cats and other forms of sleds. There are a few  styles of kiteboarding, including freestyle (most common and utilizes a standard kite and board) or wake-style (flatter water using board with bindings) or wave-riding which is focused on big waves using a board designed for wave riding.
